Homes of Hope Affordable Units

Love INC partners with home-owners and churches to provide homes where we can offer longer-term, affordable rentals to Love INC families who agree to meet with budget mentors and work towards following a spending and savings plan.  The rent is based on each family’s financial capabilities.

Application Process

If someone would like to apply to live in a Homes of Hope unit:
  • Call Love INC clearinghouse at 330.473.6017 to complete a phone intake
  • Submit an application
  • Love INC will verify and discern the need and check references to verify the situation
  • Love INC will interview the family
  • If approved, Love INC would set up a move-in day
If a family is not approved to move into a home, Love INC will continue to surround them in other ways.  Those who stay in a Homes of Hope home will commit to meeting weekly with mentors who will help process things through their transition.  The goal is that as the family stays in the Homes of Hope home, they will be able to pay off debt and/or put money back that will be used for their next step forward.
