Come Together

We began a relationship with a single parent recently. This is a large family that
was relocating to a place in Holmes County. There are major health issues
happening with 2 of the family members which are very much affecting every part
of life…daily. There are many unknowns at this time.

We have been in regular contact with their landlord to navigate appropriate and
timely help for the family as they remain in survival mode at this time. As a result
of our strong community ties with area agencies, we have been able to advocate
for this family to find immediate help. We have also been able to continue to
brainstorm other ways that the local Church can be involved in the short and long
term of this situation.

Seeing everyone come together to love and serve this family in the name of Christ
has been a beautiful representation of why we are here.
