A moment of Calm

At our recent Back to School Bash we had a conversation with a mom of 4
children. She has come the past several years. As she came in the door, her
children connected with volunteers who would shop with the kids while mom
casually enjoyed the moment of calm. We joked that this might be the only calm
10 minutes of her entire school year! She then said “Seriously- I look forward to
this even SO much every year! Taking the kids to the store is so stressful! This is
fun and relaxing! Thank you all so much for this!”
– The churches coming together to provide a sense peace and calm for our
local families! The love of Jesus wins every time!
